Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with Volumatrix. We firmly believe in and stand behind our product 100%. Therefore, our team doesn’t offer any trials.
However, we understand that it cannot work perfectly for everyone all of the time. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason or it doesn’t meet your expectations, you can request a refund within 72 hours of your original purchase. If 72 hours have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To refund a product, please initiate the refund process by emailing the customer service at [email protected] Include your customer details, date of purchase, proof of purchase, and reason your return.
Refunds can only be initiated within 72 hours of your original purchase.
A 15% processing fee will be charged for all returns.
After receiving your complete refund request and inspecting the reason for your return, we will process your refund as soon as we’re able to.
Please allow at least fourteen (14) days from the receipt of your refund request to process your return. For fiat payments, refunds may take 1-3 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your financial institution or credit card company.
We will notify you when your refund has been initiated from our end.
- For defective or damaged items, please contact our support first, we'll try to resolve any issues first.
- Refunds can not be processed after72 hours of the original purchase.
